BOOKING FORM
Please use the booking form below for reserving your Scout’s place on this above event taking place at Sudbrooke Scout Campsite,
The cost of the event will be just £35 which includes all camping fees, food and activities. Payment should be made by BACs ….. details will be sent out in the confirmation of your booking.
NOTE: this event is capped at 100 participants. A reserve list will be opened once we receive 100 bookings.
Cheques can also be accepted made payable to Lincolnshire County Scout Council with your name on the back. (details of where to send will be included in the confirmation of your booking email). Once you have made payment, please let Karen know so we can keep a record.
Bookings will close on 31 July 2024 or when we reach 100 participants, whichever comes first, and payment must be received by 31 August 2024.
You will then receive an email during early August with a health form attached. This must be received back by 31 August. Obviously, if your Scout is diagnosed with anything after this date, please edit your form and re-send. This also applies if they are given any antibiotics which will need to be taken during the weekend – we will need permissions for administering these which will all be part of the form.
